I just started this a few days ago. It took a few chapters but I'm really into the story now. Can't wait to finish it and read what you ladies think.

I'm about 1/2 through. I'm liking the world-building. feels different. But it isn't keeping me 100% because I am finding it too easy to put down.
I checked out the e-book from my library so that's giving me the motivation to finish it before it deletes itself.
I'm a little more than halfway through the book but Roxy's one liners are really starting to annoy me.
I think I let it go because they're separatedThe separation really does cause the story to lose steam. I was really interested to see what would happen after the opening scene and then BAM! all of sudden it was 11 years later. I'm still not finished yet but I kind of felt cheated. I keep thinking, why does she even matter in the larger story? Her character, at this point, seems minor.
I forced myself to finish this last night. Like everyone says it started strong but I didn't think the heroine was fully fleshed out and I found her kind of annoying. Also, I didn't really buy the romance aspect and the ending was lackluster. I'm glad I got it from the library instead of buying it.
Definitely check out your library e-book collection, it could save you a ton of money. Some of the ebook lenders that libraries subscribe to seem to have more of this type of fiction (maybe because specialty publishers are more willing to convert to ebook format.) I just download my books into a program on my iphone.
Oh yay! It starting to pick up again for me. Once Roxy and Dagan hook up a lot begins to happen and the book is starting to hook me again.
I finished the book a couple days ago. Ended well enough for me that I will probably read the follow up. Here's my full review.
I like this...so far. I've really been on a miss(not a lot of GREAT reads lately) streak with the books I've been reading lately, so I'm hoping that this will not be one that I have to throw down/ burn. I agree, Tina. I read Dagan and Roxy's first encounter and put it down for a day or two. I've picked it back up and the story is moving, but after hearing that it slows down again, I'm finding myself not wanting to commit to it.
Jheanelle - I'd rec that you try to stay with it. It does picks up again well and I think the last 1/3 of the book is really worth it.
I've been on a horrible miss streak too :( I didn't enjoy this book as much as Tina and Deva so I had to add this book to that pile of regrettable reads.
