I have heard lot about The Hunger games series and have not read a single book. Can anybody tell me about it.Is it good to read or so-so?

It's totally awesome, it's my favorite book. I recommend it 2 absolutely everyone.

You should definitely read it!!! Its one of those books which is gonna give you sleepless nights coz once u start reading it u sure as hell cannot put it down!!!

I had finished the first part of the trilogy last night in four hour without a break. It's kind of indulging but I find it quite dull as the game proceeds that I can easily guess the ending. I don't know it's same for you guys or I was sleepy.

By "dull", do you mean violent or boring??
well, it was predictable that Katniss would win because she's the main character!(LOL)

It's not much violent as anticipated expect I could not bear the killing of Rue, it's boring what I mean to say. Saving Kat from Cato and Peeta disappearing from the scene led me to conclude both of them will live, reading and waiting how it ends is "dull". It applies to all books not only for this one for me. Writers attempt to make the astounding game end introducing mutts can not allure me rather Kat's interview was fabulous.

Well if you like Hunger Games then I would also recommend a Japanese Novel called Battle Royale by Koushan Tokami.
