I clipped my feet into my snowboard and pushed off. It reminded me of skateboarding. I took the edge of my board when I left the snow and did a 180 and stuck it. "Yes! I nailed it!"

Maeve got her snowboard and waited for Ryu.

Ryu climbed up to where Maeve was. "This is amazing," She mumbled.

Maeve let out a breath. "I missed snow." She said to herself.

"Huh?" Ryu asked, smiling at Maeve.

Maeve broke out of her trance. "Huh?... Oh nothing."

"No, tell me," Ryu insisted.

Maeve sighed. "I missed how it felt to be out in the cold and in the snow." She muttered, slightly embarrassed.

Ryu smiled brightly at Maeve. "I miss my water...." SHe told her. "Don't be embarassed....."

She nodded. "It's understandable."

"Missing things.....It's part of being us. At least we have things like this," She said, gesturing to the arena.

Maeve chuckled. "They really out did themselves."

"It's amazing isn't it?! I love this school...." She mumbled, smiling.

She smiled too, looking around. "If only other kids could come, it's truly amazing."

Tally came to a halt. "Hey Ryu!"

Ryu looked up and smiled at Tally. "Hola Tally! C'mere, I want you to meet someone," She yelled. Then she turned to Maeve. "Humans don't exactly deserve this stuff though," She mumbled making a OwO face.

Maeve gasped. "You found out?!?!"

Ryu snapped her head toward Maeve. She rubbed her neck. "Sorry, I don't know what the hell I'm saying, I just had the urge to say it....Wait, found out what?" She asked, suspicion coloring her face

Maeve looked around nervously. "Oh, nothing really... You'll found out later." Crap, I'm screwed.

"Is it about that....dance thing?" She asked, smiling at Maeve now.

She looked at her curiously, "What dance thing?"

"Oh crap, nevermind.....I'm sure Ms. Ebony Stark will write about it in the school paper soon anyways." She said, with a nervous laugh.

"But now I wanna know." She said, more curious than before.

"You can't," Ryu insisted, blushing now.

Maeve sighed. "Fine," she grumbled.

"I promise, Ebony will write about it," She said, smiling now.

She laughed. "Okay, but if it's not soon, I'm gonna ask you again."

"Urg, fine, I'll get her to hurry up on the article....happy?

Maeve grinned. "Yes."

Ryu laughed and rolled her eyes. "Silly," She mumbled to Maeve.

"No, just impatient." She said laughing.

"And silly," ryu insisted.

"Maybe." She said.

"Gah! Do you even like dancing?" Ryu asked, staring intently at Maeve.

Maeve raised a brow. "I suppose so."

"Really?" She asked.

"I love dancing. What's up? I'm Tally or Tally-wa." I said.

Maeve smiled. "Nice to meet you, I'm Maeve." She extended out her hand.

I shook it. "So, do you snowboard often, Maeve?"

She shrugged. "I used to, but I haven't for a while."

"I come as soon as I am done with all my sports. I used compete but, haven't in a while."

"You are lucky, this is my first time here." She said, chuckling slightly.

"Only been here 2 days now."

Maeve nodded then looked around, checking for something. "Are you a prick?" She asked a few moments later.

"Yes, I am a prick."

She nodded again. "What kind, if you don't mind me asking."

"I don't mind you asking. I'm half Fey, half human super called a Necromancer."
