The one actually... cozy spot in the Asylum. All four walls are covered with shelves and shelves of books. Everything from Shakespeare, to Hawking, to J.R.R Tolkien, even Horowitz. Plush chairs and couches are arranged around the outskirts, and rich wood desks with antique lamps are positioned in an L from bird's eye view. It was generously funded (the library) by an anonymous donor.

Cassie wandered into the library. She ran a finger over the spines of the books as she scanned the titles for something interesting
Yellow peeked in, cheeks dimpling in a smile as her shining blue eyes met the comfiness of the library, so different from her cell.
Cassie heard someone at the door. She looked over her shoulder and smiled. "Hello..." She said.
"I'm glad to see another face... I was beginning to think I was the only one here..." Cassie murmered. "Don't worry I don't bite..." She added noticing the girls timidity.
She bit her lip. "I tried to kill my mother..." She said in a voice barely above a whisper. "What about you?"
"Yellow's parents... thought she was strange. They said Yellow wasn't her name. That it was really..." Yellow shook her head, eyes tearing up. "Yellow doesn't like the name Jill. You won't call her that, will you? It hurts."
"If you want me to call you Yellow then I will. I'm Cassie by the way." She said laying her hand on the girl's shoulder in an attempt to comfort her.
Cassie smiled and squeezed Yellow's hand.
Yellow smiled, then led Cassie overt the bookshelf nearest. "Read yellow a story?" she asked, grinning up at the taller girl.
Cassie chuckled and smiled down at Yellow. "Of course! Which one would you like to read?" She asked scanning the titles.
"Ok..." Cassie said picking a random book. She ended up with one of the lord of the rings books. "Let's read this..." She said leading Yellow to a couch.
Yellow jumped up, seemingly bright and innocent. Her eyes roamed the library, noticing that although it seemed quiet and cozy, there were cameras littered about the ceiling and a sharp-eyed librarian in the corner, stamping books.
Cassie sat down and began to read. She stumbled over a couple of unfamiliar words but otherwise all went well.
Yellow smiled as the words twisted around her head. After a while, however, it seemed they stopped twisting around her, and instead flowed over her. Her hearing narrowed and her eyes closed, the smile staying, sickeningly sweet, on her angel face. She had gone into another one of her... lapses. Her body shivered slightly and silent tears escaped her blue eyes.
Cassie set down the book. "Yellow?" She asked looking at Yellow with concern. "I'm going to go get someone... I'll be right back." She said as she got up.
Yellow drifted away, singing softly to herself."Room 639
639
6...3...9...
west wing
north wing
tall tall shelves..."
Cassie hurried to find a nurse or anyone that could help.
Cassie kept looking for a volunteer or nurse but could find no one.
Slowly, Yellow calmed, opening her reddened eyes and wiping away her tears. "What are you doing?" she asked, glancing over at Cassie.
"Wait... Are you ok now?" Cassie asked confused.
"I don't know, but you were shivering and crying..." Cassie said.
"Yellow was?" Yellow asked, looking confused. Then her face cleared. "Oh, that. Mother and father told me I . . . lapsed sometimes. That's really why they put me in here."
"Oh. O-Ok..." Cassie said. A hint of doubt obvious in her tone. She didn't know what to think about Yellow.
Cassie shook her head. "You didn't do anything scary Yellow... I think it's time that we go somewhere else... The library is kind of boring..." Cassie said hoping to get to somewhere with a nurse or other people.
Yellow shrugged. "Wherever you want to go." Her face visibly brightened, though, when told she hadn't done anything bad.
"I'm not sure... Let's just go for a walk..." Cassie said reaching out for Yellow's hand.
Cassie lead the child out of the library and began to walk with the intent of finding other people.
((I have no idea... I guess the cafeteria or a dorm...))
((That's cool! We can decide later! :) ))
((Haha! Sure! Where do you want to go next?))
Lilac sat in the libary and stared at the walls like someone was there "Mommy I love you" She said and smiled though nothing was really there
Tommi was reading a quite lengthy novel when she glanced at Lilac. People talking to themselves was quite normal here, or at least it looked like they were talking to themselves. But she felt pity for this one. She knew what it was like, or at least she thought she did. "Hello." She said calmly, trying to make the other girl aware of her presence to avoid startling her.
((Sorry, updates didn't work))"I'm Tommi." She told her kindly, bending her knees so she was eye-height with the girl. She brushed dark hair out of her face, holding the book losely in one arm.
