So I am writing this novel about these two lesbian teens and its in real life based. But should I use REAL names even with the people's permission?
No, you could get screwed up in a bunch of legal and emotional stuff if it gets published and you have used their actual identifications. Use something similar, or if you insist I urge you to get permission in writing, officially. If you're a kid then legal contracts with an attorney are probably out of the question, and that would be taking it a bit to far anyway. I would just suggest going on something similar like if one girl's name is Emma then use Emily or if it's like Olive use Olivia.
Not unless you can get them to sign a contract stating that they are okay with you using their names.
