hi, i just literally jumped on this whole Vampire Academy band wagon. i've bee wanting to for ever, though. i jus finsihed book 1. anyways, i dont know anything about the movie or anything can some1, please, tell me everything they know?

Same here Sabrina. I wish they would have casted Ben Barnes for Dimka though.

I'm kind of on the fence about the characters since I don't really know any of the actors. I just really really hope this isn't going to be like a B rated movie that isn't anything like the books.

What worries me is that if you look at the list of actors there is no Adrian and I feel like you can't just take him out of the story.

Forreal?! No Adrian?! What the heck. There has to be the whole love triangle thing! Their crazy.

That's what I'm saying! Adrian is completely amazing how can they just not give him a part?!?

I'll be filing a complaint about this! Wait...Adrian doesn't come in til the second book. Maybe their doing the movies in books like the Twilight series?

In the trailer it seems like it's everything together but maybe not and hopefully not.

In the trailer though I didn't really like how they had the fangs, they didn't seem realistic.

Anyone go see the movie yet?

I did. And I was disappointed. They didn't follow the book at all...well there were scenes from the book but things were out of order. And you know how Natalie kills the animals and leaves messages with blood in the book?? Well that didn't happen in the movie....Mia, Ray and Jesse did those things. It was okay and i liked it but at the same time I'm mad about it.

I've read a lot of mixed reviews about it so I still haven't decided if I'm going to see it or not

Yeah...to be honest i have mixed feelings about it. I liked some parts in the movie and i think that maybe i'll own it on DVD but it still disappointed.
