Personality: headstrong, stubborn, brave, willing, kind, caring, smart, ignorant, curious.. She can get annoyed easily.

Powers: She can control weather depending on her mood, or will. She can also identify the parent of new kids. She is also immune to some unnatural things. She also has a necklace that lets her fly.
