Romance, Historical or Otherwise discussion

I'm going to do this a little different, to help me out.

This time around when the genre poll is over I'm going to take the top three genre's and those will be the set genre's for the next 3 months. None of the genre's will be left off, all will be optioned again.

I think this new set up will work well, and it's really going to help me out with time.

I like that idea, Wendy. I wasn't sure if the idea was to try new genres but I was feeling as if we were going to go back and forth from PNR to HR!

That was one of the issues I was having too. I was hoping that we would branch out into other genre's too. I debated still keeping the number 1 genre off the next months poll, but then I don't want to be too controlling.

This way, at least we'll get a third option.

Great idea! I personally love reading different genre's because it helps me find new authors and stepping out of my box is something i'm working on. Can't wait to find out what we will be reading next month.

It also helps to switch genres because it wouldn't be as boring. In fact, I'm doing it right now. Switching from paranormal, to historical, to urban, to historical, and then contemporary.
