Okay so here is the place for you to help me create characters for the other counties to Rp. Some rules: 1) If you create the character you don't have to claim him to rp with 2) You do get first dibs on any character you create 3) By creating a character you are giving me full permission to use him in my story 5) This is a strange rule but to keep the story true I must post it: No racer that you create is allowed to drive a corvette. There're only two in the state and I already have those characters. 6) Remember cops in other counties aren't like the Strike County cops but that doesn't mean they can't have a sex drive 7) Try to fill the form out as complete as you can (like you don't have to provide a Favorite Target if you don't know racer names) 8) Any character you create, unless they are new to the world of racing must've been arrested at least once (strange rule but that's the way it is)
Do not create any characters for Strike County, they already have enough.
