That reminds me of a card I sent my husband when I was away from home. The front said, "I thought of you and I farted..."
Inside read, "Both of which made me feel much better."
I laughed out loud in the card shop. When I got home, I learned that my husband was insulted by the card. I was so surprised! I thought he knew me better than that.

I think it feels good because it is a counter-stretch for the neck and an intense heart opener. What chackra is the heart? Orange?
Barb wrote: "Choking chickens in Chigaco?"Really, Barb? American city names are that hard to spell?
I suppose it's okay, since I can't spell
My post was an homage to an old Isuzu commercial. The salesman was trying to say "Isuzu" but kept getting tangled up. At the end of the commercial, they had an Asian man on camera who said, "that's okay, I can not say Chev-ro-weigh."

One of the sneezes Baby Zay let loose with while he was here produced a surfeit of snot. Not firm boogers, mind you; nothing but slimy goo.Boooooooo-gers.
Oh man. When little just had his cold, his nose was oozing snot. He hated it and would yell mama and want me to wipe it away immediately.

Thank you Heidi. A compliment is always a good mood changer too!
Heidi, you inspired me to contribute more often so here is another tip:If you change how you move and use your body your mood will change. If you for instance want to feel happier, force a smile for about 60 seconds. You’ll feel happier. If you want to feel confident stand up and walk around for few minutes in a confident way (slowly, head held high, posture relaxed but not slumped). You’ll feel more confident.

Stand up.
Take a deep breath.
Hold your arms out to the side, palms towards the ceiling.
Look up... and smile.
How you are feeling??? Better, I’d bet.
