From Dirt to Diamonds by Julia James.

I thought Jane Litte's review for this book was kind of funny. This sounds like another one of those train wreck books that grips you in its horror and you can't stop staring despite yourself.

how do writers come up with these storylines and why do they think it is okay? the mind boggles. :/

This book was bad...you never understand how either one of them would really want to be with the other. The H is a jerk and while the h supposedly has the strengh to rebuild her life she lets him destroy her, blackmail her, and seduce her. She was pathetic and he was a jerk!

Geez, this one sounds like a real winner. I really don't understand why writers and publishers think this type of story is romantic. *Shakes head.* At least it makes for some funny reviews.

I just finished this book today. It took me almost a month to finished it. Kept putting it down. I also don't like the H and h. I have read so many of her books, i found that i don't like any of her books.

I scanned thois book because I didn't warm to it. B ut I did read jj's book Baby of Shame and liked it. Her Forbidden or fo Bedding? I had some dislike with the hero. She is not my favorite reread auther. Ginny
