Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry: Time of the Epilogue discussion

Few students have come down here, knowing it's terrifying history.... Remember, you have been warned.....

Crystal landed on a pile of old bones and slid down to the tiled floor.

((That was awhile ago, lol.))

David fell head first, most likely because he jumped in the wrong way. "Ow," he rubbed his head.

((ikr?!))

She covered hr mouth, hiding a smile. Crystal looked around, wondering which tunnel to take, knowing one of them was collapsed.

"Hey David, are you alright?!"

((Yeah. XD))

"Yeah, I'm alright. What now?" David stood up. He knew Crystal was smiling, yet he ignored it. "Do you even have plan, or are we just here to go around in circles?"

"Well, not really in circles... But there is supposed to be a large chamber in here, but I haven't found it yet."

"Well, you've been roaming around hogwarts, haven't you?" David smiled.

"I know my way around," she looked a tunnel, "I haven't been through there yet."

((Should Petula, Pansy's daughter, show up???))

((Sure, if you want her to. And what happened to that other person who said she was going to join us? lol))

"Well," David held Crystal's hand and walked closer to the tunnel. "Why don't we have a look?"

"Alright."

((idk... and brb, for i don't know how long...))

((Yeah, I'm not sure I'll be here when you're back, though. :) ))

"You said you haven't been through this area, right?" David asked.

((wait a second... logan???))

"That is correct."

((Um, what?))

((Oh, logan is my cousin... and she is freakin awesome!))

"Maybe that chamber you were talking about is this way," David suggested.

((How did you come to the conclusion that was her?))

"Possibly!" she headed into the tunnel. Some bricks were out of place and it was extremely dark. Water splashed beneath her shoes and she could hear somebody up ahead. ((I am tryin to stay on for as long as possible.... then it is brb))

((she told me her username))

((Oh, okay, lol. And hey!))

"You're excited now," David noticed and smiled.

"How could you tell?" she asked sarcastically.

The footsteps in front of them began racing away from them, and Crystal became puzzled.

((Yup, it is. The one that Salazar Slytherin supposedly built before he left Hogwarts.))

"Now, now, there's no need for that tone," David grinned, then he heard what Crystal was hearing. "What?"

She began to run towards the footsteps, and soon she saw Petula. "Hey, what are you doing down here?!"

"I wouldn't have asked the same thing, it's too cliche." She used a sassy tone.

Crystal rolled her eyes.

((Yup, hey, are you joining in?))

"Who are you?" David asked, narrowing his eyes.

She placed a hand on her hip,"Petula Parkinson, who are you?"

"You speak parseltongue?"

She nodded.

"I'm David, but that's none of your concern. I hadn't realized how many snake speakers there are in this school."

Crystal spoke up,"Actually, there aren't many, and Petula isn't registered."

"She's not registered?" David raised an eyebrow. "You're illegal then, right?"

Petula rolled her eyes,"Whatever."

"Yes, she is."

"Either way, once we come back," David spoke to Petula. "We'll tell all about you."

"Who says your coming back?"

Crystal looked shocked... She heard some slithering.

((okay, brb for like twenty min.))

((Sorry, I got logged off by my parents last night.))

"I say we're coming back," David said sternly, not noticing the sound. "And you're going to be in big trouble."

There was a loud hiss and Crystal turned around with her camera at the ready.... She paused, as if she were turned to stone.

Petula smiled with a wicked grin.

((Lol, you're a tad bit late. I might have to go soon. ;) ))

David noticed what happened to Crystal and he turned around, not expecting to see what he saw.

((Gtg, see you! I'm sorry!))

((Oh, what do you mean?))

Crystakl glanced at David. She had closed her eyes when she turned, wanting to have Petula think that she was petrified. She hoped David didn't fully look at the beast. One hand was on her camera, thr other on her wand. She slowly raised her wand, hoping Petula wouldn't notice.

((Oh, sorry, Spoons! School's kept me away from GR! I'm back now, though. I might not be online as much as I used to. :( ))

David didn't look straight at its eyes and managed to drag his eyes away the moment he'd realized what the monster was.

He was still wondering if Crystal was really petrified and he went stiff from anxiety and fear.

Petula looked at Crystal, on the verge of an evil laugh. Crystal whipped around and yelled,"Stupify!"

David saw the spell fly toward Petula, but before he saw it hit her, the hissing became louder.

Crystal said,"David, don't look. Alright?"

Petula was stunned on the spot, her wicked grin still in place.

"Yeah, I'll keep that in mind in case I feel suicidal!" David yelled as he took Crystal by the hand and ran behind a pillar with her.
