I've got a few books on the go.Several French classics, which I'm not going to bother to list here. (Zola, Balzac, Proust,...)
A few books on sociolinguistics, morphology, syntax and semantics. Again, not going to list the titles.
Changeless - an American attempting to write British humour and, really, falling short. The style is dry and snarky, but a far cry from real British humour and I'm bored.
Wolfsangel - enjoying it but taking my time with it. A new twist on werewolf and norse mythologies.

Don't worry, I hate Jane Austen too.
Ha ha, my mom is always trying to get my sister and I to read Jane Austen (and Charlotte Bronte, and George Eliot, and other books that are 150 years old).
