I love the TV show and the book series, but the last book not so much.
What about you?

I liked a lot. Only read :

I watch the show. Never read the books.

I like the TV show more than the books.

the reason you didn't really like the last one was that l j smith got fired from the book series i mean how an some one who thought up the whole vampire diaries get fired that just inst right

I even couldn't finish the last one, i read the half of it and I decided to continue it some other time.
But from the spoilers i know what is the end, i thought this book is going to be the last one, and now i heard that there are going to be more.
And i just don't know, but want to know what will happen with Damon and Elena, especially when i read the spoiler about the end.

I stopped reading these books because the tv show ruined it for me.

This is my least favorite of the books I have read which is based on vampires. Post twilight I read a lot of vampire book series but this is the only series I couldn't complete. I read the first book and finished it but didn't bother with the rest. I have watched the first two episodes of the TV series though but having read the first book kind of spoiled the suspense element.

I read the books but haven't watch the tv series.
it was repetitive and it has too many books.
