The pre-order pages are now available for Percepliquis. There will be a "buy direct from the author" option for print books where you an get your book signed, but for ebooks you'll have to buy directly from Orbit. Here are the links:

Hot Mess Sommelière ~ Caro I would like to order Percepliquis, but the book isn't available on amazon.de (Germany) yet. Will it be made avaiable?

Yes it will. Apparently for the overseas books the preorders occur when the ebook is delivered and I think they are still working on formatting.
