In the US, students have to pay for college themselves. They can win scholarships and get loans to help with that, of course, but almost everyone has to pay at least a little - and most people have to pay a lot.
In Europe (possible other places as well, I just am not sure and don't feel like Googling it :P) however, college is free and often you are paid to go there.
Which system is better? Why?

How about Britain so you don't have to learn a new language...

But im already learning french and i want to learn it very well. Britain is not that appealing to me other then it rains a lot there.

Oh if you're already learning it I guess that's understandable...

and collage is still about 4 years away so i have time to plan it . but already know what i want to study, archeology.

International Baccalaureate? Only some schools emphasize it...er, I don't really know how to explain it...here, just look at their website: http://www.ibo.org/general/who.cfm
