Grace Kelly wrote a book about gardens that I enjoyed: My Book of Flowers. It references her gardens in Monaco, though it's not particularly about Monaco.

I don't understand the last half of that sentence.

It's really not a nice place to live imho. It's for very wealthy people who like to sail, gamble and shop. The rest of the South of France is great.
