APBM is the first in a series TBP set close to home, newly discovered places in the solar system inhabited by fun-loving critters of all kinds who care what we do to this fantastic Earth--sort of an Oz for our time. I just posted the 1975 reviews (the good ones, of course). Some suggested this might be writing for older YA. There are some challenging thoughts about relating to aliens too close to us for comfort.
