Some of the major authors (and the books they wrote) that influenced Die Laughing are James Joyce – Dubliners, Frederick Brown – Martian Go Home, Kurt Vonnegut – Slaughterhouse Five, Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, tons of Stan Lee & Jack Kirby comic books, and Flannery O’Connor’s A Good Man is Hard To Find short story collection.
