Torey Hayden's books are tear-jerkers! I used to read them just out of high school, but once I had my son, her books were just too emotional for me to read anymore. I breaks my heart what "her" kids went through!

message 15: by Esther Fanny (new)

Esther Fanny | 2 comments Yes.. Beth. Torey Hayden's book is sorely emotional.

But what i like mostly is Torey's treatment.
The way she treated her " extra-ordinary students " was Incredìble. She had a Very Tender-hearted. She treated them with love, patient and creatively. That's the Point.
4 thumbs up !!!
And that's inspiring how to be a good teacher ( i'm sunday school's teacher ).
Torey hayden showed me how to treat children with many different characters. And i'm pretty sure it wasn't easy to do.
She deserved an Award..
