Has any body read this series?

I love the Laurell K Hamiton Anita Blake series. I have never ever seen any of these covers before. Mine are all different from these. I like some of these covers though. I like the Bullet, The Harlequin, and Hit List. My fav characters are Anita, Jean-Claude, Jason, Nikki. I love Jason, he is that best guy friend, that you sleep with on occasion and is always there for you. I had one of those before. they are great. I love love love this series. Laurell is a great writer. can't wait for her next book. I also love the meredith gentry series.

I've only read the first and I have 1, 8 and 13 I think lol, and none of the cover match neither :/ lol

It started out as a great series but began to lag a bit on the storyline. It would be nice if Anita would go back to what she is best at doing and quit focusing so much on her weird love life. My husband quit reading the series after Narcissist in Chains. He said he lost interest when the story became more about Anita's love life than the original storyline.

I'm still stuck @ Lunatic cafe - if I jump in now, I probably won't remember who's who :/
