I have only been on goodreads a short time and was very diappointed not to find a disscusion group about one of my favorite topics... quilting. So I started one. I have been an avid seamstress for about 20 years now, and a quilter for about 10. I also love to read obviously. I love the Elm Creek Quilt books. Also Sandra Dallas has several books involving quilting. I also listen to books on my walkman. I really don't like to listen to music. I get books on CD at the library and then burn them to the computer. They then can be download to my cell which is also a walkman. It sure makes cleaning go faster when I'm listening to a book. Right now I'm into light reading. I have had my difficulties over the last couple of monthes and want books that will entertain and keep my mind off my problems.
