I was thinking about what the book would be like if Bella chose Jake instead...I don't think it would have been that good.

either way she would have ended up with Edward b/c if Bella had picked Jacob he would have left her eventually b/c Jacob never imprinted on Bella when he changed into a werewolf and Edward said in Eclipse that when Jacob left her Edward would come back for Bella

If Bella did chose Jacob, I wouldn't bother with the series after she chooses him, cause face it, I hate jacob.

It would be sad if Edward came back for Bela but he found her hapy with Jacob. But then Edward says he will stay. Then if Jacob imprinted with another girl and broke up with Jacob, like Edward said in Eclipse " I will always be waiting in the wings for her". So she decided to go back with Edward, but everyday Bella is hurt, and Bella has to live the rest of her life with that feeling like Leah had to do. That would be a depressing book. I cried the first time I read New Monn. I love Edward and Jacob both, but the book would be to sad. Please reply to this!!!!!!

I cried when Edward left in New Moon. I thought is was really sad and that's why I didn't like new moon that much.

in my opinion.. NEW MOON probably is the worse book in twilight series.
Cause almost all chapter in that book, there's no edward..
But the ending is nice.. =)

i think edward really LOVED Bella till she just want her to be happy althought Bella kissed Jacob and love him either.
And let her choose Jacob if he could make Bella happy. =)
it change my mind a lot for Edward.
I thought he's possesive with Bella.

yeah. Jacob is awesome but he deserves better then bella cuz she kept hurting him! Edward deserved bella cuz they were together first...and they like never ever fight...even though fighting is sometimes goood. But still...I love edward and Jacob both still!!! :D

I agree. But not about the part about loving Jacob. I absoultely hate him! He loves Bella when she obviously is with a vampire that would rip his jaw off. He's kinda an idiot (no offense to anyone) and I just hate him. He's obnoxious too, which I have to admit is kinda funny.

soooo many ppl hate Jacob! Today I was reading eclipse and I felt so bad for jake!!! :( and edward was all like to bella "no u can't see Jacob! He's dangerous!" I was so mad at Edward! Poor bella and jake! OMG though Edward does soooo many freaking cute things in eclipse! I was like holy **** Edward ur so sexy!!!!! :D

honestly, im not hate jacob.
he's not bad. i more pity for him than hate him.really.
jacob was nice, funny, and lke what caroline said..he gives what Bella want!
but he not deserve for bella.
they look suitable to be bestfriend, but not couple actually. =)

jacob was poor, coz the one who he loved not choose him.
but i think jacob still childish..

I think the main differences between edward and Jacob are Edward is always there for bella, but Jacob is like not mature and he runs around a lot and says she shouldn't go with him. Edward is more protective, but Jacob just loves her. I have no pity for Jacob because Bella chose Edward because I HATE JACOB!!

U do have a point Caroline, if Edward could read Bella's thoughts, then he would see Bella loved Jacob and he's be like, "Okay, you love him, I can see you'd be happier with him. You can have him." Then I think the saga would suck!!!!

I listened to it, and ur totally right!! A song that reminds me sooooooooo soooooo much of New Moon is She will be loved by: Maroon 5!! If you listen to the lyrics closely, it is totally related to New Moon!! Seriously!! :D

in She will be loved he's like, "Beauty queen of only 18, had some trouble with herself. He was always there to help her, she always belonged to someone else." That was when Jacob found her. And then "I don't mind spendin' every day. I own your corner in the pourin rain." That more has to do with Edward cause he spends every day with bella, and it rains alot in Forks.
