If your book with vegan recipes is not yet on the shelf, please post here, ideally with a link to the cookbook or book with vegan recipes, and either Lee or I will add it to this shelf.

Lisa, the look inside feature should be up on Amazon any day now. The idea of the book is that all the recipes can be made on an outdoor grill, a 'griddler' style grill, or a grill pan interchangeably. Living in the Midwest with changeable weather, it comes in handy to be flexible. ;) It's got breakfasts, sides dishes, main dishes, desserts, breads, you name it!

Thanks, Tamasin. That was the only one of your books that wasn't on our shelves. It is now. I might add it to my to-read shelf. I have been to many parties where there has been a vegan designated grill, and foods can taste so good made that way, especially when made outside, but indoors too.

My pleasure. I'm really excited for it to come out. There is something about the grill that really adds a layer of flavor. More places/parties should have vegan designated grills!

Haha! It still holds true! I don't know how it started but my eggplant addiction began after I ate it in a Chinese restaurant many years ago. They have a way of cooking it that I can't resist, so tender, melt in your mouth and saucy. Mmmmmmmmm.......
