Saint Martin: Jean Glasscock: The Making of an Island, but it's not listed in GR so you may need to hunt for a used copy.

For St. Thomas - here's a historical fiction set on the island - The Marriage of Opposites - about Camille Pissarro, the Impressionist painter and his family.
