Was anyone else amazed at the thoroughness and dedication of this author?! She literally dumped her entire being in to writing this book, getting the facts straight and making sure that she said exactly what she wanted to say! Unlike myself, who stumbles over my words and has the attention span of a earth-worm ;) I was just really impressed by her dedication. Anyone else think the same thing?

She did! She spent YEARS of her life on this project. Talk about obsession (as was one of the underlying subjects in the book )! She had an obsession of her own! Which, she actually admits at the end of the book, that she IS a passionate collector, just a collector of stories instead of books or objects. It was beautifully done, I must say. I honestly don't think I could have been that dedicated to a project either. Very impressed.

She really did do a great job on this book. I thought it was one of the best-written books I've read in a long time. I wish she had another book that I could read.
