He seemed...almost honorable. I liked what I saw of him.
Ohh, I see what you mean. Yeah, kind of.

Right!
Right!
I don't like him i dont know why, he was ok in the 1st book but someone told me, (I wont name any names(view spoiler) lol) that caleb betrays people in the 2nd book...so that's probably why i dont like him..
I seriously could not believe he would do that to Tris. That was his sister!! My friend and I were totally freaking out when he turned on her.. Could not believe it.. Veronica Roth defiantly surprised me..
I was surprised. I couldn't really see Caleb being on the opposite side of Tris'. I never really liked the whole "faction before blood" line, so I wasn't too fond of Caleb after this since they were gonna KILL HER!
I don't think he is a traitor...I think he's like a double or triple agent. He is going found out to be on the good side in Divergent #3
He acted like he was going to choose Abnegation before the Choosing Ceremony, but chose Erudite because maybe he was fed information from his parents possibly about the ending of Insurgent. He has to act like he's on Erudite's side, and he probably made sure that he was watching Tris when that were "testing" her to make sure she's safe. If you think about it, Caleb tried to give Tobias the "don't mess around with my little sister speech" while in Amnity so it shows he actually does care.

Wait, but earlier in the book- before we meet the faction less, didn't Caleb abandon his faction because he thought fishy things were going on?

Or maybe that was just his cover and he was really there to feed information to Jeanine all along. Both sides had traitors feeding information back and forth.
There's so much we don't know. His ulterior motives were never revealed. That's why I can't wait for the third book, because something is going to happen with Caleb.

He probably won't because Veronica Roth said that Caleb turned out to be her favorite in Alligiant, book three.

Sweet!
Sweet!
Maybe Caleb is only working with the traitors because he is trying to save him and Tris... maybe Caleb is divergent too?
I liked him in the first book, but now I don't like him so far in Insurgent, especially what he did to Tris!

*breath in... breath out... stay calm you can't kill a book character* this is what I'm telling myself as I try not to cry... :)
Ha! But I do think that it would be cool for a main character (Tris or Tobias) to die, no one would see it coming.
Yeah, but it would never happen! I hate movies because I can predict what's going to happen in most of them.
I really liked the character of Caleb. He was a mysterious character that's for sure! When I read that he was working for the Erudite all along I flipped. Hopefully he shows up in Allegiant a lot, I would enjoy seeing more of his character
I think he's going to be a very interesting character in Allegiant because of what happened in insurgent. There definitely going to be more of him.
