Mortal instruments RP discussion

The sun was setting, and Chloe skipped through the empty park. She had just arrived here, and there wasnt many people to hang out with in the institue except for her brother which she needed some time off from. She climbed up a big rock that overlooked the park. She looked into the sky, and was mezmorised by the color of the sky. Purple, Orange, Blue, Yellow, and Red. She smiled, at least it isnt raining like in London. She thought back to when she lived in London it was always raining there, so it was nice to have a change. She had picked up an english accent in London also, so she felt strange when she talked to the New Yorkers. She blew the thought of speaking to someone off, and looked back into the sky. "Beautiful" she spoke outloud.

"ISnt it" Skyler said leaning agasit a tree behide Chole.

Chloe jumped two feet in the air, and took a defensive stand. She turned around, and saw a girl standing there. "Holy crap. You scared the life out of me." she exhaled relieved that she wouldnt have to fight at this moment. She smiled, "Im Chloe."

"Skyler. Or Sky" she told her. "Sorry didnt mean to scare you" Sky walked up the rock and stood by Chole

"Nice to meet you Sky. Its okay I just thought the park was empty." Chloe looked at the city as the sun was setting behind it. "How long have you lived in New York?"

"Just got off the plane" she told her "You"

Chloe felt a little better she always got unconfortable talking to a local. "Just got here a week ago. Im from London." She studdered. She was really originally from Idris, but its not like she could say that. "Where are you from?"

Sky shrugged, "Dont know. Im always moving with my brother"

Chloe smiled, "Thats pretty nice, I bet youve gotten to see a lot of cool places." She thought a second before speaking again, and decided to go for it, "What about your parents? They dont worry?"

Sky looked down at the rock and kicked it. She looked back a Chole with a straight face and spoke showing no emeotion. "They dont care. They dont even know we left. My dad is still in the hospital, and my mom...well shes in her mental hospital. So no parents, just me, Ky and the world" She gave a little smirk.

"Dont feel bad for asking." she added

Chloe smiled, "I know how you feel. I have similar family issues. Me and my brother live together....its annoying how protective he gets sometimes." she rolled her eyes at the thought.

"Wow. I actually enjoy my brother protectiveness" She said. "He's the only one I talk to so, when something happens he's always there for me."

Chloe shrugged, "Its not that I dont enjoy it, its just that sometimes it gets irritating when he tries to tell me I cant go for a walk....things like that." Chloe climbed up the tree sky was leaning against when she saw her she sat down on the branch nearest to the ground. It wasnt high she just liked to climb. She swung her legs back and forth as the dangled, and her Stele fell out of her pocket and hit the floor. She bit her lip, and cursed under her breathe. She jumped down, and picked it up.

"Same here" Sky smiled a little. "But I guess ita best for me when Ky tells me not to go out or something. He is just worried I'll get hurt again." she lowed her head

Chloe shoved the Stele back in her pocket. "Speaking of brothers...I wonder where mine is." Chloe pulled out her cellphone, and sent him a text. "His probably drinking at the hunter´s moon." Chloe giggled.

Sky leaned against a tree. "Huh. Mines wondering around this city" she laughed

Chloe looked at the city again. "I havent really gotten to know much of the city just a couple of places." she smiled as she heard her stomach growl. "You want to get a bite to eat im starving. Ill invite my brother." Chloe sent Ash a text to meet her at Taki´s.

"Sure" Sky said. "Lead the way" Sky said jumping from the rock

Valentina was sitting up in a tree, much to the amusement of Alexander, who was sitting on the bench under the tree.
"Get down here before you break your neck," he called up to her
"Oh please, I've been in much higher places, and you know it." she laughed.

Ash walked through the park crowed park until he reached the park that had nobody by the trees. Chloe and him always liked this spot he liked it because there wasnt anyone ever there, and Chloe liked it because of the trees she loves to climb. He chuckled at the thought. He stopped in his tracks when he heard some rustling in a tree nearby he looked up assuming to find Chloe, but he couldnt really tell if anyone was there. "Chloe?" he yelled out his sisters name.

Alexander looked at Ash in confusion. Valentina leaned over to peer down from the tree.
"Who's Chloe?" she asked.

Ash jumped back when he heard a girls voice that was not his sisters from up in a tree. "My sister." he yelled back then he noticed a guy in a tree near him, and he walked to the tree. "Hi, im Ash." he spoke to both of them.

"I'm Alexander, and I'm sorry but the girl up in the tree's actually my sister," he smiled.
Valentina jumped nimbly down, landing lightly on her feet. "I'm Valentina."

Ash smiled "Its alright im use to it all my sister does is climb trees. If it was a sport im pretty sure she would be all over it." He held out his hand to Valentina, "Nice to meet you, Im Ash."

She shook his hand, Alexander stood as well. "Guess she's a little like my sister. Val always wants to do something fun and apparently, climbing trees is one of them." Valentina just grinned in response to alxender's statement.

Ash laughed, "So you guys from New York?"

"We moved here a while ago," Alexander said with an easy smile. Valentina looked Ash over, wondering how interesting he would be. She leaned forward and whispered in his ear, "You aren't all human, are you?" she pulled back and smiled innocently.

Ash smiled, and answered by winking at Valentina then he looked back up to Alexander, "Me and my sister lived in London for most of our lives." then he quickly changed the subject, "So...what are you too?" he knew they werent shadowhunters, for they didnt bare any runes or marks.

Alexander frowned at Valentina. "Val..." he said disapprovingly.
"What?" she looked at him innocently. "I'm one of the Aes Sidhe, and hes a Nephilim," she told Ash.
"Val!" he rolled his eyes at her.
"He's not a mundane, Alex," she replied.
"What are you then?" he turned to Ash

Ash chuckled, "Its alright." He looked up at Alexander thinking if hed ever been to the institute, or if he recognized him. He concluded that he had never met Alexander before, "Im one of the Nephilim, like you. Ive never seen you at the institute."

He shrugged. "We just got here recently," he said. "And Val, give me a little warning if you want to reveal things like that," he looked sharply at Valentina, who giggled.
"I'm just keeping it interesting, bro," she replied

Ash heard a bark, and he rolled his eyes at the thought of being bothered by mundanes then Gabriel ran between his legs, and he laughed. "Hey boy!" he said as he patted Gabriels head then he heard "heads up." coming from behind him, and he ducked. A rubber ball the size of a small fist flies right above his head. Gabriel barks once more, and runs off after the ball.
Chloe jumps on Ashs back, "I am the only one who takes that poor dog on walks." Ash laughes. Chloe looked up, and noticed two other people standing there. She jumps down from her brothers back, "Hello im Chloe." she held out her hand.

Alexander and Valentina each shook her hand. "I'm Alexander, and this is my sister, Valentina," he introduced them.
"Is this your missing sister?" Valentina asked Ash

Chloe smiled at them.
Ash laughed, "Yea, this is her."
Gabriel ran back up with the ball in his mouth wagging his tail, and dropped the ball on the floor.
Ash looked back up at them, "Well if you guys need anywhere to stay dont forget that the Institute will always welcome you."
Chloe looked up at them confused, she saw the scars of old runes on Alexanders skin. "Soo...a new shaowhunter." she said smiling. "You should come! there isnt that many people living in the institute right now." she directed the last comment at both of them. She looked at Valentina, "What are you?" she asked kindly.

"I'm an Aes Sidhe. His sister." she gestured to Alexander
"Will she be allowed to come to the Institute as well? The last one... Wasn't to eager to have her there," Alexander asked.

Ash smiled, "Sure, Julian is the head of our institute. He is super cool, and loves company."
Chloe nodded in agreement, "He´ll be happy to have you guys. Plus theres a weapons room if your low on weapons, and plently of resourceful things, like a traning room, and so on."

Alexander nodded and smiled. "Sounds good." Valentina was studying Chloe, trying to decide if this girl was interesting enough to her or not. Alexander noticed what Valentina was doing and sighed.
"Must you always do that?" he asked
"Yes," she replied immediately

Ash watched Valentina study Chloe.
Chloe looked up at Valentina, "What are you doing?" she asked curiously

"I'm deciding something." she replied as Alexander rolled her eyes.
"She's just weird like tha- ouch!" Valentina stepped hard on his foot, wearing an angelic smile.
"I'm sorry, what did you say?" she raised an eyebrow at him
"Nothing..." he mumbled

Chloe looked around confused, "Ohhh"
Ash chuckled at there brother and sister attitute. It reminded him of him, and Chloe. Ash bit his lip, "hmmm...I could really go for some Chinese take out." he stated
Gabriel barked in agreement as he panted with his tongue sticking sideways from his mouth.
Chloe giggled. "No gabriel. Chinese take out doesnt go well with your stomach. Remember?"
Gabriel winned
"I sware you´d think he is human." Chloe added.

"Must be a smart dog," Alexander bent down. "Here boy," he said. Valentina laughed when Gabriel came towards her instead of Alexander.
"Yep, really smart," she grinned, petting Gabriel's head before pointing him towards Alexander's direction. Alexander smiled when Gabriel came his way and petted him as well. "Yeah, yeah." he rolled his eyes good naturedly.

Chloe and Ash laughed.
"His very smart." Ash added with a smile.
"His the institutes dog, but nobody ever gives him any attention unless its to ask where Julian is." Chloe starred her brother down accusingly.

Alexander scratched behind Gabriel's ears affectionately. "Well, you won't have to worry about that anymore, Alex loves animals," Valentina said in a slightly amused tone.

Chloe smiled, "Thats good. He needs more attention." she eyed her brother.
Ash suck his tongue out at her.

Alexander and Valentina chuckled. "So, I guess you must also really like animals?" Alexander asked Chloe.

"Yes I love animals," Chloe stated, "They are amazing creatures." she said nodding in excitment.

Alexander nodded in agreement.

Valentina and Ky walked into the park.
