Hi! My name is Margaret(Marge). I am 49 years old and from Mississippi by way of Chicago. I am in a unique position. I am a white woman who has been married twice, once to a white man and once to a black man. My children are both bi-racial( a boy and girl). I have children in and out of wedlock. I have been divorced and widowed. I was a nurse for over 25 years. My friends are straight, gay, lesbian and bi. I have been both Yankee and southerner. I also have been in more situations over the course of my short life than the average person over a lifetime. While I personally don't think I am something special, I think I can offer this group a prespective from many angles that otherwise might not be thought of.
