This is a little incentive to staying active and also a reward. At the end of every month i will see who has been the most active for that month. The winner gets to be mod for the month and chooses a new profile pic for the group.Note~All picture suggestions must be sent to Anna,Anastacia,and Chioma (me!!!) for approval before they are added.

That's a great idea...except tell them that they can't chose a dirty or bad picture.
