There is a website: www.likesbooks.com this website rates books by sexual content. You can put in the title, author's last name or first name.
Thanks. This is definately a start and a great website if you're a romance reader. Anyone know one that includes more genres?thanks,
Tammy

These are a few of my favorites. There's all kinds of genres on most of them. :)
Squeaky Clean Reads! :) They have ALL genres, and all are rated for profanity, violence, sexual content, mature themes and age appropriateness.
The Literate Mother reviews books for content. Language, Violence, Sexual Content and Adult Themes. They focus on JF, Middle grade and YA books.http://www.theliteratemother.org/
This is a school librarian's site that I use. It also has a link to her blog, "Kiss the Book." http://www.sjms.jordan.k12.ut.us/Medi...
Above the website Squeaky Clean Reads was mentioned. About a year ago the site was re-designed and re-named to Compass Book Ratings. Still all genres/ages, but with a searchable database now by content level and other factors. http://www.compassbookratings.com/
I am reviewing as many books as I can - you can check out my reviews with content ratings athttp://racheljohnreviews.blogspot.com/
My book is being featured tomorrow at The Fussy Librarian, a new website that offers ebook recommendations based off of categories you choose and content preferences for sex/language/violence. www.TheFussyLibrarian.com
Hi! I've recently created a blog called The Scribbling Sprite with the intent to find readers a quality clean read. Right now there are only a couple of posts, but I plan on posting weekly and reviewing a variety of genres.I hope you'll check it out! http://thescribblingsprite.blogspot.com/

Does anyone know of a parental review style website for books? I use dovefoundation and screenit to check out movies that our family may want to see. These websites give great detail about language, violence, and sexual content, but I've not been able to find a website that does that. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Tammy
