Kate Kulig (katekulig) | 8 comments Hi everyone! I'm Kate Kulig and my first novel, Bloody Murder was e-published back in August.

When I published, I didn't go in with a marketing plan, so I've been cruising Indie blogs for guest slots and looking for reviewers. It's available at Amazon and B&N and for Kobo as well.

I don't have a blog outside of the one here on Goodreads, I may consider it. If any bloggers would like to review my e-book, I'll be happy to make a gift of it for you.

Looking forward to some great conversation!

Kate

Regina Shelley (reginas) | 10 comments Howdy! I'm Regina Shelley and I've been writing The Five Dollar Mail at www.fivedollarmail.com for some time now. It sort of started out as a period western-themed "soap series." Didn't start out as something I intended to publish, but here I am and there e-publishing is and why not give it a shot?

Marty Shaw (MartyShaw) | 2 comments Hi Gina. Welcome to the forum. I took a look at your site. It looks like there's a lot of story already set for the eBook route. Will you be turning it into one book or breaking it down into a series?

message 14: by Regina (new)

Regina Shelley (reginas) | 10 comments Thank you, Marty. Thanks also for the visit to my site!

Because I didn't really format it as a regular book, it is a little awkward. We are trying to lay it out and format it into one big toe-stubber. I'm hoping it won't be too long. Plan B is to break it down into parts. But yes, the eBook route is what we're looking into right now.

This has really been a learning experience on many levels, and there's quite a bit that will be different about my next project.

Helen Smith (emperorsclothes) Hello

I'm English and I live in London. I write novels, plays and childrens books.

I have a blog here: http://www.emperorsclothes.co.uk

I'm keen to get some reviews for my quirky cult novel, Alison Wonderland. It's about a woman who joins an all-female detective agency in London. But it's not detective genre and it's unlikely to appeal to mystery-lovers. Booklist called it 'gin-and-tonic funny'.

Please message me via my profile if you're interested in reviewing it for Goodreads (and Amazon/B&N) if you have accounts there. I can send you a print book or a Kindle copy. I will link to your review on my blog (which has more than 2000 followers on GFC + Feedburner).

Thank you!
Helen

Jina Bacarr (jina_bacarr) | 4 comments Hi, everyone!

I'm the author of Titanic Rhapsody.

The Titanic has fascinated me for years, especially the stories of the Irish emigrants who boarded the ship of dreams at Queenstown. With the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic this year on April 15th, I knew I had to write a novel about the ship with an Irish heroine I call Katie O’Reilly.

Katie also has her own mind and tends to do things “her way,” while trying to keep her faith intact. That gets her into trouble aboard ship with the notorious gentleman gambler, Captain Lord Jack Blackthorn.

When the ship hits the iceberg, Katie calls on her faith and makes a choice that will change her life forever.

Your Name: CD Gorri
Book Title: Wolf Moon: A Grazi Kelly Novel
Number of books (and formats) Willing to Give: As requested
Book Genre: Young Adult Paranormal
Time frame: 3 weeks or more as requested

Hello Readers!
My name is C.D. Gorri, I am looking for reviewers and would like to offer you my first ebook, Wolf Moon: A Grazi Kelly Novel to read for an honest review. It is the first installment in a YA paranormal series that I am writing featuring Werewolves, Witches, Demons and more. Maybe you'd like to check it out?

Here is a brief synopsis:

"Hi. My name is Grazi Kelly. There are things I know are true and things that I never would have guessed. First, demons and witches exist and they are evil. Second, the world is up for grabs and the witches are getting their minions ready. Third, I'm a werewolf and it's my job to stop them."
High school sophomore Grazi Kelly leads an ordinary life in the suburbs of New Jersey helping her grandmother with chores and attending Catholic school. Things are pretty good except for her bullying cousin and the rest of the obnoxious cheer team. Then things take a frightening turn when the night of the full moon arrives and the bodies start piling up. Grazi learns that she is different in ways she never expected. She finds herself torn between Sebastian, the school soccer star and Ronan, a foreign exchange student who shares her secret. She must uncover the identity behind the mysterious attacker, but is she ready for the entire truth?

I can send you a coupon code to download it for free on Smashwords in the format of your choice. Just email me at cd@cdgorri.com or DM me on Goodreads for code and link. Also if you have a blog I am very interested in guest posts and giveaways.

Thank you and happy reading!

Sincerely,

message 44: by Adam (new)

Adam snowflake (dionysusfrost) | 1 comments Hi im adam and I wrote the kingdom diaries. It's a YA novel about a young 16 year old girl named Florist chang who lives in a world where people are forced into different kingdoms based on gender and sexual identity. Along the way she makes friends named Patter Amad,Robin Nomico,Andray Shwarts,Adrain, and more and they begin a rebleion to their world.

I'm doing a goodreads give away for it but I'm also willing to give out free online copies of the story in exchange for reviews, both good and bad.

The physical book is formatted to be like a journal as much as possible, therefor lacks page numbers, has run on sentences, poor grammar, and the chapters are placed unconventionally.

This was all intentional. If your interested in a free online copy message me. ^__^

Cynthia Witherspoon (cdwitherspoon) | 5 comments Hiya everyone!!

My name is Cynthia, and I wanted to introduce myself to the group. I will confess, I am a bit new to Goodreads groups, so I'll be looking to you guys for help. =)

I'm the author of The Oracle Series. Book 1, The Sibyl, has done pretty well here on Goodreads. The second book, The Fanatic, is due out December 1 and I'm really excited about it!

I've also co-written several series with the great K.G. McAbee: The Witchfinder Wars and Gilded Cages. Both have been amazing experiences for me, and I look forward to our future collaborations together.

I guess the best way to introduce myself would be through my facebook page. Here I have my works listed (most free to download through Smashwords and Barnes and Noble) as well as character portraits, reviews...it's my bio all rolled into one place.

Thanks for having me!

Roger Jackson Hello everyone, I'm Roger. I have three books so far.

A Shade of Mind is a dark romance with a paranormal flavor.

Short blurb: When Bobby Hawkins wakes up in the hospital after a car crash, he’s not alone. Something – or someone – has taken up residence in his subconscious.

A Gathering of Lions and Lambs is Book 1 of The Lions and Lambs Saga, a realistic post-apocalyptic novel that is an emotionally charge, character driven story.

Short blurb: Jacob Trimble can help save the human race from extinction or allow it to happen. When the apocalypse comes -- a viral plague that kills everyone around him -- he thinks he may be the last human left alive.

A Gathering of Lions and Lambs is Book 2 of The Lions and Lambs Saga.

Short blurb: Jacob Trimble has learned painful lessons as the leader of the Cumberland Community, a group of teenagers and kids who survived the worst plague in human history. People died on his watch.

This is my website/blog and my Facebook page. Please visit and let me know what you think of my work. Thanks.
