What is your favorite movie adapted from a book?

The Lord of the Rings trilogy. Hands down.

That is a really tough choice!! I loved the Chronicles of Narnia......

Mine is the Godfather...Perfect adaptation...Maybe because Mario Puzo wrote the book and the screenplay.

I liked Sideways. And The Divingbell and the Butterfly. And Bright Young Things (which was better than the book I thought). There are so many that I might just stop now. :-p
