I give up.....who's Luann?

She's the warden's secretary and she acts like Reyes belongs to her!

I missed out yesterday! Darn work and real life.

Oh! Is Luann the creepy Reyes fangirl? Hated her, but loved that the prisoner fanclub was in the book. Because you *know* if somebody as hot as Reyes was incarcerated there would be clubs and fangirls like that. Well...there probably are prisoner fanclubs and fangirls, but I don't care to research or confirm that. Ew.

Did Darynda research prisoner fan clubs for the book? Can you imagine the creepiness that must have come up if she did? Yikes! Computer cooties!

The picture she took of Reyes (was that her?) was sooo out of line. The whole thing made me feel bad for Reyes, which was quite a feat. I spent a lot of Second Grave thinking he was a complete butthead. A hawt butthead, but a butthead nonetheless. *ducks*

What happens if pictures of his tattoos get out? That would ID him as....his father's son to anyone who is looking.

Well, there was a corrections officer that Elaine would pay to take all those photos, but now that you mention it, it could be that Luanne has another fan site under another name. :-(

I never took it that Luann had a thing for Reyes. I always thought she had a thing for Neil and was snotty because she doesn't want him to get in trouble for helping Charley.

That's the great thing about reading the same book, everyone has a take on it, I thought the same thing, and went back to read it. It does seem like she is a bit protective of Reyes.

I missed this earlier. YOu are so right! Reyes tells Charley his tats are a map. Oh that was a good revelation! Maybe only Charley can read him??????

Just reread Charley going to the prison in Second Grave and she is even thinking Luann's protective of Reyes-totally missed that the first time through.

I thought the same as Tracy, I felt like she had a thing for Neil and probably Charley is too good looking to take her as healthy competition! Hehe

Cindy does it all the time, she sees things i totally miss! There have been a couple of things I've seen for the first time b/c someone in the group points it out!

Reyes had Amador and Bianca "leak" info and photos to help them out and control what was being put out there about him. He has been really careful on what gets released so not to let anything that might identify him out.

I think Luanne is a woman in a TOTAL man invironment. You know: nice to men and a witch to women. Her boss relies on her and she's full of herself. She thinks she OWNS these men. That or she knows WHAT Reyes is and wants him for herself (ain't happenin bi-yotch).

Maybe there is more to Luanne other than crushing on her boss and jealousy...

That's true...after all...Neil was being VERY gentlemanly with Charley.

I always wondered if she knew about Reyes half sister and that's how the bounty hunter(I can't remember) came to interview her? The theory about her being another website fangirl is good.I do think there's a lot more to this woman.
