Natalie | 36 comments Well, it is that time of year again to start my book challenge. I have not done very well at this in the past couple years, but I am determined that 2012 will be better! Happy Reading!

I loved this book! I thought at first that I was not going to like it at all, but I really enjoyed it. I loved how the author wrote and did such an excellent job telling the truth. People go through hard times, they melt down, they cry and freak out, etc. It was just so easy to relate to, and yet she managed to do it all while making you smile. I would definitely recommend!

Oh My Goodness! I am seriously addicted to this series right now! Why did I wait so long to start it?? Just starting the 3rd book, and I am having such a love/hate relationship with what is happening, but I seriously can't stop! Will post review when I have finished the series.

I had never read any John Irving before, and I really really enjoyed this book. He is such an interesting writing and I loved the quirky plot lines and characters. The only reason I am giving this a lower rating is that is was just so needlessly long.... He could have left out so much useless information. But overall I loved this book and will definitely be reading more Irving in the future.
