What does Interior Book Formatting include?

Interior book formatting is formatting it for manuscript submission. For instance: Smashwords, Amazon Kindle, PubIT, etc all have their own requirements for formatting the manuscript. A lot of authors have difficulty in this area, so we offer to do it for them. :)

Does your fee start at $40 ?

Yep. It depends on how many different formats you need. I mean, if you're putting it on five different websites and they each need their own format... the price goes up.
It only goes up by $10 per extra website though. So if you need it formatted for Amazon and B&N, it would be $50. :)

Author Banner is usually featured as a large photo that identifies your website. It's a specially made graphic. The difference between basic and intermediate is the complexity.
Basic is usually an extremely basic graphic (think sunsets, trees, etc) or features book covers, etc.
Intermediate is when I create a specially tailor complex graphic that suites the author and their books. :) Intermediate is much better, but I offer basic for those who are on a limited budget.

I think that's a good price because formatting is important. Is there another fee for the pretty fonts at the heading of each chapter? That is what I want for our next book.

Pretty fonts? Do you mean scroll-work around the heading or literally a pretty font?

Yes, like that and a pretty font for the first letter of each chapter too.

Depending on exactly what you wanted, I don't think I would charge extra for the font. The scroll-work would be an extra $10 added onto the final price. :)

I was thinking of glyphs, but we have our own logo.
