Kaylan was sat in front of the TV while his aunt was out. Given the choice of staying with her in a normal(-ish) house, and his cousins in their tree house, he'd selected this one, it seemed more weather resistant for a start.

"Yeah?" Kaylan called from where he was on the sofa. "Come on in!"

Shia strolled in."ah Kaylan thought I'd find you here."

"Hm?" Kaylan looked up. "Hey, what's up, Shia?" He asked, flicking the TV off.

"hey Kaylan..so um.."Shia said unsure how to start.

((*hugs* i can't deal with life today... -_- ))

"Take a seat," Kaylan said, gesturing to the chairs and sofa as he vacated it. "Want anything to eat or drink?"

"I don't plan on staying long."Shia said taking two plane tickets out of his pocket."I want you to take Amele on a trip to Rome, she always wanted to go there."he said not looking up."it was her dream before... well and I have a hunch she really likes you.."

i had a nosebleed while cycling, that was interesting... ))

Kaylan looked at him, raising an eyebrow. "They're not wrong when they say you've changed, are they?"

don't you get easter holidays in America, then?? O.o
it was interesting... i'd just had one nosebleed that had lasted a while thanks to my right nostril, that stops and just wait a few minutes to make sure before cycling home. the second i get on my bike to go, my left nostril starts -_- so i just cycled home holding my nose with one hand. i wish i could cycle with no hands *Sigh*))

"Sure, whatever," Kaylan said taking the tickets. "Anything else?"

"nope, I dont' really like you so.."Shia said turning to go."actually..you don't happen to carry blood packets do you?"

but i swear you guys have more bank hols than us
i hope you havn't fallen off yet ;) ))

Kaylan thought about it for a moment, deciding what way to answer. "That would depend on why you ask...?"

((seriously?!?! O_O i'm sorry, but of everything i would have seriously thought you to know what a bank holiday is *faints*
a bank holiday is a day off, basically. like May Day, that's a main one. there's a bank holiday weekend in August on the friday and following monday. (well, there are those ones here). things like New Year's Day is a bank holiday. for you i think things like July 4th would be one, bieng Independce Day (please tell me that's right :s )

"Fine, whatever," Kaylan shrugged. "Go through to the kitchen, first cupboard on your left. You need to then crawl through, and mind you don't fall down the stairs. From there, second door on your right, can't miss it after that, great big cooling box. And don't try flitting to it, for some reason, it won't let you, you've got to go through it that way."

((it's a really obvious origin of name, it's when the banks were closed :P
over time it just became everything. we get them for other things, too, like royal weddings (but only ones of future monarchs) and deaths, as well as jubilies, so we get a bonus one this year ^_^

Shia muttered something and brushed past him, coming back several minutes with. Two packs."just wondering.. Why do you have these?"

then come in the hols, you'd get all the sleep you need!! :) ))

"To be honest, I don't really know," Kaylan answered truthfully. "If you look behind some of the other doors, there are things there that I have but don't necessarily need. I think the first cannon ever made is down there somewhere," he shrugged thoughtfully.

((haha okay *takes notes* so do ppl from America have "accents"?))

"the what... Never mind I don't want to know."he said."well thanks."he said walking out.

((what, like an American accent? i don't think i get the question >.< everyone has an accent, surely...?? O.o
although, my friend Acacia is British, but she watched so much American tv she caught the accent and is now stuck with it, whatever she does, it just won't go >.< ))

"Anytime," Kaylan nodded, flicking the tv back on.

((hmm... it depends on where you're from in America, i think. like the main ones on tv aren't really weird, but that's the sort Acacia has and you can really hear the difference, but it's not exactly weird. but i sometimes find the (i think Southern?? O.o idk >.< ) drawling accent can be a bit weird, but in part it's just cos it can be harder to understand due to certain pronunciations.
my accent tends to vary >.< ))

mine is local to where i live (we're like the only place that doesn't seem to have a nickname >.< ), and Welsh. but when i speak normally, the local bit is strongest, but when i speak fast, the Welsh is strongest O.o

okay, then the cousin is there for whatever you want... ;) ))
