Hunger Games - May the Odds be Ever in Your Favor discussion

Generally, who is cuter, more likely to win the Hunger Games, which one do you like more, etc. Rue or Prim?

I personally like Rue better just because she was so cute and Prim kind of grew up in Mockingjay and lost a little of her cute factor. But Rue - sad but true - never got the chance to grow up, so she never lost her cute factor! Yeah!

I could never choose between these two, they're definitely my all time favorite characters, along with Peeta :)

I liked them both so I really couldn't say. however I do think that rue had more of a voice, Prim didn't get much speaking done, but then again she is Katnniss's sister...

Prim honestly... She was soo sweet and not the best lookin and had such a sad death!

Yes I do hate President Coin for that but I just think Rue is cuter. I don't know, maybe I really don't have a rational reason.

Rue is more skilled and agile, and it said in the book that Katniss tried to teach Prim to hunt, but it miserably failed, so Rue would survive longer and she is cuter and I love her hair!

For some reason, that's not how I pictured Prim.

Yup. I didn't picture Prim that way either. -.- I expected her to look better honestly.

But I guess she did give off the aura of being innocent.

Rue: Good with healing, Petite, Adorable, Good with slingshot, Can fly through trees

Prim: Good with healing, Medium-Sized, Cute, Cries when killing animals, Not disgusted of naked people

Question 1: Rue is more likely to survive The Hunger Games.

Question 2: Rue is more cuter because Prim grows in Mockingjay.

Question 3: Honestly, it's a tie for me. I love them both!

Haha, thank you for those statistics. But what about this question: Who can survive better? And in what situation?

Rue can survive in The Hunger Games and in reality. See how she always vowed to protect her siblings by giving them her rations and stand by them?

Prim, on the other hand, can survive around nudity and as long as the people she loves the most are safe. When she's not happy, she can just turn on the waterworks and act cute, which is probable to help her with starvation.

Eh. I still like Rue.

I like Rue, too, but Prim grew up a lot in Mockingjay. I think she could've survived better in reality as well, what with her healing abilities and her ability to see things for what they are.
