I loved it, too. And yes, I'll agree that it ended a bit abruptly, but I assume Meyer is planning a plot arc across all four books, and this was the best place to cut book one off. I'm looking forward to the next one!
I loved this book, gave it a 5-star review. I thought it was fresh and interesting. I thought it ended well since it will continue over the four books. It does leave you hanging, but it did tie some things up. I can't wait for the next one in the series.
I absolutely looooved Cinder! While I definitely saw the "big reveal" coming, the rest of the story kept me interested enough that it didn't bother me. While I do agree that the ending was definitely a cliffhanger, it doesn't bother me too bad because you aren't left with a ton of questions. Some questions were answered so I was satisfied. I also found out that, like Mike and Crystal said, Cinder's story will be part of the next 3 books, although they will be based on other fairytale characters. Overall I really enjoyed it and gave it 5 stars! My review: http://ohfortheloveofbooks.blogspot.c...
I liked Cinder, but something just felt off enough for me to not love it. I think the whole cyborg and lunar aspect was just a bit much for me. One or the other would have been great, but with both (and the whole lost princess plot and budding romance with the emperor plot) I felt a bit overwhelmed. The book was busy! I enjoyed the story and idea, though, so I'll be picking up the sequel.
I'm glad you guys all enjoyed this one. I can't wait to see the story continue and other characters introduced.
Cait, there was definitely a lot going on in the book, which made me love it more. But I can see where it might seem a bit too much, especially if you're not completely endeared to the sci-fi aspects. :)

I personally loved this one, but it ended too quickly. What did you guys think?
