-Tendency To Be Smothering And Over-Protective: there is a time when ENFJ's might just care and concern for people a bit too much.
-Can Be Controlling and/or Manipulative: exceptional social abilities allow them to get under people's skins, and draw out the reaction they are seeking.
-Critical Of Opinions And Attitudes That Don't Match With Their Own: it's important to keep an open mind.
-Overly Sensitive To Conflict; They Will Avoid It.
-Blame Themselves When Things Go Wrong.
-Sharply Defined Value Systems: can make them unbending in some areas.
-Can Have Difficulty With Social Assessments: unable to assess whether something is "Right" or "Wrong" in social situations, outside of what their social circle expects.

Information comes from a variety of websites, and more will (eventually) be added.
