Daniel A must for all life long learners in the management game.

Vern Wolfley Could not agree more. One of the best books I have ever read on business. I am constantly referring to it and its principles. A must read.

Amrith Nawoor Amazing book, read it two years back. It really gives you a different outlook about managing/leading organizations!

missk Truly amazing, great for people who good is not enough for them, good is the enemy of best

Kressel Housman I gave it up in the middle. I guess I'm destined to be merely good and never great.

Amy @David - I could not agree more! I really appreciated the way the author provided examples of the different types of leaders: the persuasive, charismatic kind to the introvert. I gained a new perspective on my introvert board members through this book.

Hamed Ishbaitah One of the best books that analyze companies to extract what could be beneficial to any other company to follow

David Erickson What a great book but already outdated. Most of these companies are almost all not as great today. The concept was/is great but you have to learn to keep it in any arena; family or business.

Faizan Farooq Good to Great’ is such a valuable discussion! The insights on leadership and disciplined strategy really stand out. What are your key takeaways? Also, have you checked out neotechzen.com? You might find it interesting!
