@David - I could not agree more! I really appreciated the way the author provided examples of the different types of leaders: the persuasive, charismatic kind to the introvert. I gained a new perspective on my introvert board members through this book.

What a great book but already outdated. Most of these companies are almost all not as great today. The concept was/is great but you have to learn to keep it in any arena; family or business.
