See, here is the thing Ocatvian is not Evil. Gaea is evil, the Giants are Evil, The Titians Are Evil, Ocavian is disliked not because he is "Evil" but because he is Annoyingly mischivious!

You're not alone! Well I don't love him but his character entertained me.

Yes, you are. I think he's a slimy weasel who only acts for his own benefit and pursuit of power.

But I agree with Shelby and Jordan in the fact that he's a good character.

I don't dislike him and I don't like him for me he's just there. But I hate it how he kills the Pillow pet I was crying for days after that :'(

Luke...in my opinion he was justifiably "evil." He thought he had been abandoned by his father. He misunderstood. Luke also made amends in the end.

Octavian has done nothing for the good of the people that I've seen. He's killed innocent teddy bears, and is only acting for power. I see no reason as of yet to like him. I think he'll play a bigger role in the coming books.

I also like Octavian. He is evil, I know that, but he is kind of funny in an evil, wierd sort of way.

Octavian made me laugh until I realized they weren't kidding about the killing of stuffed animals ... but I do love evil guys ;)



Look at the background, of all the plush toys he killed. But I have to admit, for a guy who is supposed to be all evil and bad, he's kinda cute (at least compared to Jason's picture.)

Ok Octavian freaks me out more than Kronus,Gaia or any of the villans in this series. He MURDERED stuffed animals, and still does! Isnt that a bit weird? The most scariest line is when Percy gets the roman tatoo and Octavian says to him, and I quote: "I hope that hurt." When I imagined Octavian saying that I just got freaked out. He's just really twisted but kninda funny if you think about it.

we hate him because he is weird, and the reason why he is weird is because he kills stuffed animals

I think it is a part of his charrie and I don't think of it as horrible or anything. He wouldn't be Octavian if he didn't kill stuffed animals, and he creates interesting moments in the story.

...you people think the bad characters or horrible but there wouldn't be a story without them! I personally like the bad characters because they make the story, and make it so much more interesting.

i like some of the bad characters in some books. i like ares, luke, kronos, president snow, seneca crane, hilly, etc.

me reaction-OH SNAP!!!And then i relized that THAT is exactaly why I fell in love with Percy Jackson<3

Octavian is really interesting but he made me laugh, he wasn't my favorite character but he wasn't my least favorite either :)
