I should've made this one earlier, but due to lack of wireless internet, ah, you know.

Anyway, this is the topic for Adoptions and Character Requests.
What is an Adoption? Say if someone leaves the group and their character is a main(Doesn't really have to be a main character, you just need approval from the person who is giving the Character up for adoption) character, and the whole plot will fall downside without the character.

What is Character Requesting? Say you have an idea for a separate character, but it has to interact with your own character, thus making the whole RPing kinda dull. It works like Adoptions, 'cept the person who made the character ain't exactly leaving! Oh, and, whoever creates the character is up to the person who made the idea for the character!
