This is my fav to. I think it's because of Thalia though. She is so amazingly cool its insane.

Grover was sniffing the wind, looking nervous. He fished out his acorns and threw them into the sand, then played his pipes. They rearranged themselves in a pattern that made no sense to me, but Grover looked concerned.
"That's us," he said. "Those five nuts right there."
"Which one is me?" I asked.
"The little deformed one," Zoe suggested.
"Oh, shut up.”
That is my all time favorite quote from the book! Percy gets his sarcasm thrown back at him, I love it.

Annabeth: No, you just did, now shut up
Percy: My question was shouldn't we be running.

That may not be a good example, but I like it!!!
that was more of an Annabeth sarcasm moment. one of Percy's is like:Nico:Can you surf really well, then?
Percy:Jeez, Nico, I've never really tried.
Percy(Brain):He went on asking questions. Did I fight a lot with Thalia, since she was a daughter of Zeus? (I didn't answer that one.) If Annabeth's mother was Athena, the goddess of wisdom, then why didn't Annabeth know better than to fall off a cliff? (I tried not to strangle Nico for asking that one.) Was Annabeth my girlfriend? (At this point, I was ready to stick the kid in a meat-flavored sack and throw him to the wolves.)
He's cool, but I like both his sis' better

I KNOW! THAT WAS SO COOL, but it was kinda awkward when he acted like they didn't know each other and Percy is all like, I KNOW we know each other, but who are you again?
I was so made at Nico when he said he had no idea who Percy was. Ugh. HoO are making me angrier than PJO did.
