I don't mean to be rude (which is probably how I'm sounding), but that's a quote on a picture.
Unless you're a hyper-realism artist, i.e. stuff like this http://ja5on.deviantart.com/gallery/#
Believe it or not, those are paintings.

cant say that ive ever drawn davis tennat im more into writtten out their names in cool creative ways but i still cant find one that works for Amy Pond!!
Kirsty ~ Future Mrs. Tennant wrote: "How Janeen!?!?! It always ends up looking way too stringy and long!!"Lol, just draw a normal head of hair and have the front resemble a porcupine. Look at the other pictures on my profile; there's a picture of the 10th Doctor and his hair :)
Make the hands skinnier than the really are because then they'll look proportionate to the body and do it for the legs and feet too.
if it's a pencil, sharpen it A LOT and often. It'll help. I can't help you with the pen unless you feel like buying a fine point pen.
Kirsty ~ Future Mrs. Tennant wrote: "Make the hands skinnier than the really are because then they'll look proportionate to the body and do it for the legs and feet too."mainly, it's fingers. i use my hand as a model sometimes, but I have anorexic hobbit hands.
When I work with pencils, I really like the thick ones. 8Bs and graphite crayons, preferably.
I use the harder, skinnier ones. I can't remember which one it is tho....

Hands and feet are hard! I agree!!
I try to have them in a position like a thumbs up or pointing because then it's easier to think about the proportions. It also helps so you don't accientally draw like, 6 or more fingers! (belive me, this happens ALL the time!) IDK, it's how i think.

Hey guys, I need your help. I am going to deliver a speech in 4 days, and I need some ideas on what to talk about. It can't be too deep or complex a subject, like global warming, cause I don't have time for that.Well, a TARDIS.Any speech ideas? They would be much appreciated!

Sorry, but when I wrote that message I felt pressed for time. Now, though, I have a speech topic.DOCTOR WHO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can I post pictures I have found about Doctor Who?r do I have to do that on another discussion/topic?

I din't have any Whovian stuff, but here
Steam Powered Giraffe. Or just the Spine being unamused.
Well, apparently all my other fanart is on my laptop, so have a picture of a giraffe.
