Lika woke-up to find a large lizard like thing sleeping with her. She screamed "AHHHHHHHHHHHHH" at the top of her lungs.

Graystone(not yet named) looked up into the scared eyes of his rider and tried to comfort the best he could. But whenever he got close she ran away.

Saiph woke up that morning and stretched. Next to her, Orahna lifted her wing. Saiph walked around, stretching her stiff legs, and started a fire. "Brisingr!" She murmured; the fire blazed instantly. Keeping herself warm, she got out some vegetables and fruit and started eating, while Orahna watched.

Graystone could feel the use of magic nearby. He grew weary and tried to tell Lika what he had felt.

Saiph felt something, although what she couldn't yet tell. Instead she turned to Orahna and told her to go and find some food for herself. Orahna nodded and took off, keeping their minds connected.

Graystone peeked out of there tent and saw another dragon. He called out with his mind "Who goes there".

Orahna froze midcrouch. depends who is asking? She thought back. Saiph felt her worry and stood up, silently unsheathing her sword.

I am graystone Graystone thought to the other dragon. Then asked Who are you?

Orahna. Orahna said warily. And this is Saiph. He added as she climbed on top of him. Which side do you support?

Steve flew across a lake and said to his dragon what's up,you look weird

I sense other dragons said his dragon

then land he said

He landed and Steve noticed the black and gold dragon was matched in size with his,and the rest were smaller

what are you here for! exclaimed his dragon

Graystone decided he would have to talk with Lika even if he was to young. There are 3 dragons, bigger than I, outside our tent Graystone thought to Lika.

Steve jumped off and unsheathed his sword and pointed it at Aselem's neck "I think that's all"

Graystone grabbed Lika by the shirt and brought her outside. Lika saw the 2 dragons and the boys fighting. She felt a word pressing to come out of her lips but she just yelled "STOP"!

Saiph grabbed Aselem's arm. "Relax, Aselem. No need to be rash." But her own sword was drawn and her muscles were taut.

Saiph rolled her eyes. "I don't. But Orahna says that we can trust her, so I suggest you let her go."

Graystone went up to Lika and broke the ropes holding. He stared at the boy You're not her type Graystone thought to the boy.

Lika jumped and started yelling "What was that for you jerk". Then looked up to see that her attacker was rather cute. Then said "Sorry, got carried away".

Saiph burst out laughing. "Is he anyone's type?" She asked.

((could we maybe but up some of the words and there meanings))

"Let it go, Aslem, let it go." Saiph said to herself. Orahna chuckled, making a deep sound.

"What do you mean" Lika said puzzled. Then noticed the dragons and took a step back.

Lika just looked at him and said "I'm Lika and this is Graystone" thinking of her dragons name then. She looked at Aselem and asked "Could you matbe teach me some of those things you did"?

Saiph grabbed his arm and pulled it back. Can't you see she doesn't know much about dragons?
"It seems we have some explaining to do..." She said to Lika.

Saiph rolled her eyes and sheathed her sword. You haven't changed much since i last saw you. she said. Instead she bent down to Greystone. Hello, Greystone. Nice to meet you. She held out her hand for Greystone to sniff.

Lika sat down with a smile and said "Why don't you start now" and started chewing on a blade of grass.

"But what about caring for a dragon and stuff like" Lika said wanted to learn as much as she could.

Lika got up and followed him. "Thanks" she said.


Graystone sniffed Saiph's hand. Nice to meet you he thought.

Saiph continued to pay attention to Greystone, running a finger down his back. You are strong, She observed. You will be ready for flight sooner than any other dragon i have seen.

Graystone saw Lika walking away he started to follow then looked back at Saiph. Are you coming with us? he asked.

Saiph shrugged mentally. I do not think Aselem wants me to. She said, expanding her thoughts so that all could hear.

What do you mean bya mission? Lika looked back to see Graystone coming after she stopped to wait for him.

((i'm a little confused is a dragon or human taling to lika))

Graysone caught up and opened his mind to everyone and said It is time for me to fly

Saiph froze. You don't mean...

Graystone jumped into the air and beat his wings once but then came back to the ground. Help me he thought commandly to Lika.

"What do I do" Lika said afraid she would mess up.

Saiph shook her head. You. are. insane. But let it go at that.

give him your strength, want him to fly. Saiph said mentally to Lika.

Lika thought Come on Graystone you can do it. Then gave him all the strength she could.

Graystone tried one more time and did it. He flew into the clouds. (few min. later) Graystone came down as a full grown hansome dragon.

Saiph walked back to Orahna. Well, good luck with that. You know how to reach me. I will be back soon. She said as she got on her dragon and flew off.

Lika looked at him "I know my own limits" she snapped. Then looked to Graystone You're beautiful.

"Let me consult with Graystone...alone" Lika said. Then turned to Graystone only letting his mind enter hers Do you think we shoud go?

I think it would be a great learning experiance and you will be well protected Graystone thought back.

Lika turned back to Aselem. She let out a sigh and said "We will both join you on your journey."

Lika didn't wait for his answer she turned back to Graystone. I'm rather worried about marrying him. She turned back to Aselem "Wait could you let me sleep on the idea. I know I already said I would go but...please" she begged.
