what do you guys think about the fact that katniss wanted one last hunger games, using the capitol children???

I think it's a bit hypocritical, considering she rants and raves about the cruelty of the Games, yet she is willing to throw Capitol children into the same conditions.

I tried reading the book, but I felt like the book was rushed.

The end was rushed, but there wasn't much more the author could say before the end was too wordy.

She only said yes because she was testing Coin. That's also why she decided to kill Coin, too, because Coin failed the test she was using against her

Well I think that she was testing Coin. It seemed like Coin just wanted to replace the capitol and switch things for payback.

Coin annoyed me a lot, and she was kind of intimidating. That's where things get scary, when the rebels become so violent and angry that they don't make anything better. When the uprising got to that point, it wasn't really an uprising anymore, it was like a revenge game.

True, very true. I don't think we aren't actually sure of Coin's true character until she asks the question, "Should we have another Hunger Games?"...before that it was all a matter of opinion.

I still don't get why Katniss said yes to another Hunger Games. After everything she's been through you'd think she'd be the last person to optionally choose to put more people through that.

You know, that's a great point. You'd think there'd be a little more...I don't know...empathy or something. That was just...cold.

Dude, that's just messed up though, seriously. If someone thought "hey, lets round up a bunch of kids and murder them" and you fought a war against that person because they said that, would you then go and round up a bunch of kids and murder them? Uh NO and no matter how messed up Katniss was, just NO!!! You don't say you want to watch a bunch of kids be murdered!
