SMILE!!!! I hated Diary of a Wimpy Kid. It was just so immature and boyish.
yeah,i know meg! but i just kind of like reading D. W. K., but i agree it was boring. I thought that SMILE was way better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)
I could also just relate to Smile better, since I just went through some of that dental drama, too, you know? :D
Smile is much more funny and exciting and plus it's a biography in the form of a graphic novel, they should do that more often with biographies.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid all the WAY! Smile was *really* good, but I love Diary of a Wimpy Kid better. I can reread those over and over, whereas Smile is a one time read for me.
Oh, really?!? My sister and I will read Smile over and over again!! I've probably read that book a few dozen times already, and I haven't even had the book for that long... I guess I appreciate it more once I went through my whole dental drama, and now I really enjoy reading it over now that I'm done like Raina was by the end of the book! :D

I really loved Smile, but that's because it was aimed more at me. Diary of a Wimpy Kid was written for pre-teen boys, which I am not, so obviously, I wouldn't like it quite so much. Now, if you asked a pre-teen boy which one he likes better, then maybe Diary of a Wimpy Kid would take the prize. :) Still, Smile rocked!

Yeah. I can skip to just about any part of the book, and be submerged in it until the very end... and then, probably read it again. It's really amazing.
i think that both Smile and Wimpy Kid are great books! Smile tho, is more w/ braces which is what i have in my mouth now.
smile is a way better book did a second book come or is it just baby sitters club
Baby Sitter's Club has like four volumes right now, last time I saw. Smile's only one book, though.
