Yes, it is that dreaded time! What was your worst final this year, maybe an easy or even fun final?

I had literally no finals..the only "final" i had was this take home response kind of paper. most professors don't really make graduating seniors take finals! good luck everyone!

LMAO I had my first final this morning: Advanced Stats. My finals run till the 21st, cause my school is wacked like that.

the 21st??!!! that's madness! I seriously could not do it.

My Algebra final was pretty killer. But I suck at all things math so that's probably not saying much.

My first final was for Comp I and I just kept thinking of goodreads the whole time! HA! It was so much fun all I had to do was write an essay about the importance of reading and I re-wrote that thing three times! I have another one at 8 this morning! And then another one right after that!

I just got done with a Physical Geography Lecture Final that was 124 questions!. Now I have to wait until 2:00 pm to have my Physical Geogrpahy Lab Final. How is everyone else doing?

Almost done. Have to finish a project that lasted through 8 chapters in Auditing, and am on the last chapter so Yay! Until January.

YAY TAMI!!! LOL! I got done another this morning for Research Methods. 2 more to go!

I have gotten four done and have one more left tomorrow at 8 but I have to travel an hour so I have to be up by like 6. YUCK! Then I have a folder to turn in, a paper self-critique, and four one page summaries to turn in.

It's exam season up here at UofT and I have one exam this semester (this is actually the first exam I'm having this entire year, which is an absolutely torture because I'm one exam away from graduating xD). Good luck to everyone else who's studying and writing exams at the moment! =)

my exams are starting soon, but I am actually not too stressed about them this semester. I should probably re-think that strategy....Otherwise I dont think I will take them seriously enough. hm.

Finals aren't looking to horrible for me. I have a BIG group presentation due on Tuesday, so I am really, really nervous for that. But our group volunteered to go first so they would be nicer to us! Haha. But after Tuesday it's pretty much smooth riding to the end!

I'm with Anna. Dead week is next week and then I have finals. And my finals schedule totally sucks. One on Monday, one on Wednesday, two on Thursday, and two on Friday. Boo! (But I'll have the house to myself after Wednesday)

Ugh, I'm right in the middle of it all right now. I'm trying to finish up my last assignment for Computer Science, I have to write a java program and I have no idea how to. But after that I'm done with assignments. I have my History and Lit of Theatre final on Monday, that one is going to be a killer. And Math on Tuesday, another sucky one. But then on Wed I have my acting final, which is just a final performance so thats way easy. After that I'm free until the end of August!!!

Almost done, have to finish up one project, and take two tests on Monday! But..... sadness..... I signed up for summer courses. Only get about 2 weeks break.

Oh, and I made myself promise not to start a new book until after the tests on Monday. That way I may actually study. :)

I know the feeling, Tami. i'm taking two sessions of summer school and about 12 hours.
I still have a week before finals, but a couple days after that starts my 3 week microbiology class (it'll be insane) and then i'll have a weekend between that and the other classes i will be taking (intro. to statistics, intro. sociology, nutrition)
i'm just wanting school to finish already!

I am preparing my exams ,after that I will have a few days for myself to travel and read books. looking forward for the day's coming soon....

Mine start on Wednesday. Two of mine will be hard,but one is a take-home exam. The one I have on Thursday is just a presentation on a book report I wrote earlier, so all in all I think I've gotten off pretty easy this semester.

I'm actually kind of excited for finals week. Ours starts May 7th. I don't see finals as a big deal, because you walk in, take a multiple-choice test for 15 minutes, then walk out. It's like vacation, and people are quiet enough so I can get some reading done. A lot of my finals are take home, write a 2-page response, hand it in.
The only thing I'm stressed about is getting in some final papers...but they are due before finals week.

Ive been swamped with stuff for finals..mostly just term papers and crap..hence my absence from this group. I'll be done soon though!

So how many of you are done now???

I have one exam on May 20th and then I go back home on May 27th. The bad thing is, this stupid school doesn't even bother telling you what the exam is even ON, so you end up having to study everything from the entire year for a written exam that just has 4 questions on it. STUPID STUPID STUPID

I have one final today, two tomorrow, and two on Friday. But I've been thinking. In my Criticism class (Thursday final) and American Survey class (Friday final), I'd have to get like a 99% on the final to have a prayer of getting A's in those classes. So I think I'm going to study harder for my history and French finals because it's totally doable for me to get A's in those classes. I'll still prepare for those other finals, but I'm not going to kill myself preparing for them; it's a waste of my time and hard effort.

I was done last week, but stupid me, I signed up for summer classes. So I just have another week and a half and I am back at it.

I just finished today! Now on to packing :[

Oh, it's awful, Jamie. I'm really, really sorry that I decided to take QFT II. I'm trying to graduate in 3 years, but this is torture. Seriously, it's a 6 hour exam!

I truly pity you, I was complaining because of my Math 1010 Final! Best of luck to you! A 6 hour exam..... Ugh.

Tami, I did summer classes too. I have one week off and then I'm on again until July 3 (or technically the end of July because I'm going to do an internet class). And I started back up August 3 and real school starts on the 17th. It's the price I pay for adding a second degree with 2 semesters left in college.

All right! Today I have the dreaded criticism final. But then that awfulness is over and done with for the rest of my bloody life! And since I don't plan on being an English major in my next life...Haha. Oh I'm so happy to be done with that!

Well, I'm taking midterms next week... lol.

Yay for everybody that's finished! I can't wait until finals are over! I still have one standard final and one take home final. Then, I have to video record myself for four different things (I'm a Deaf Studies major, so I have to tape myself signing 3 different stories for ASL Translation). The other video is going to be of myself answering a question for my Advanced ASL Conversation class. In addition to that, we have to show up for the final, where our teachers will ask us a question and we will talk (sign) about it for however long.
Blech. I'm taking it a day at a time!
