can cannibals be any age? like i could be young but still be strong?
You either have the cannibalistic trait or you don't. You complete the change at age 13. But you can choose when you want to stop aging.

Quick Background story:Cannibals came to the world back in Roman Times. They found that they counld'nt survive without consuming Human. Many found that the more human they ate, the more powerful they became. Soon Gangs started to form and all of them fought over power and control. Today they are still fighting.
Humans know about Cannibals, they live in constant fear of them.
Basic Info:
Cannibals look and act the same as humans in every way. Except for the fact they are stronger, faster, and have special powers. The only true way to tell if someone is a Cannibal is by looking at their eyes closely. They will have a silver ring around their pupils. The really strong ones have completely silver eyes. They can be killed by fire, or their head being chopped off. Only those things. They can't get sick nor can they age. Unless they actually want to.
How their Made:
Okay so this is how a Cannibal is made.
From the very time they are born they are fed human flesh and blood. They get to a certain development in their growth, then they get very very sick. Only the strongest survive and the survivors are Cannibals.
